Ludo expanded his focus towards digital in 2016 with acquisition of a major share of XpertLearning and he continued with multiple strategic investments in sponsor.online – swiss based sports sponsorship platform and sport.video– a major online streaming provider in DACH. Major share of PowerFlow, a Prague based leading BPM no code tool, is the latest addition to the XDH digital mix under Ludo’s command.
As a managing partner of SHRE, a family real estate group founded in 1991, Ludo Cernak currently oversees projects exceeding 150 million EUR in value and manages several premium assets in CEE, including the iconic hotel Danube in Bratislava.
